Stretch your soul
Let yoga transform your life, not just your body
About me
I don’t have a perfect body (what does that even mean?), I love pizza and my laughter is way too loud 80% of the times. Is this enough to dispel the myth of the hyper-skinny, über-zen yoga teacher? I hope so. I’m a normal human being, just like you. In my quest to find happiness and meaning, I found yoga. So I studied. And studied. And practised. I love sharing what I’ve learnt, but mostly I enjoy connecting with fellow seekers.
Authenticity is my mantra

What I teach
-
Hatha yoga & Hatha Flow
Traditional hatha yoga in the Akhanda style: every class includes asanas, mantras, pranayama, meditation and elements of philosphy.
-
Yin Yoga
Following functional yoga principles and taoist yoga style, my yin yoga classes focus on working the fascia through active relaxation and conscious movement.
-
Pregnancy yoga
Prenatal and postnatal classes for women to embrace the sacred journey of pregnancy and motherhood with a therapeutic approach, intertwining physical vitality with spiritual connection.
-
Pranayama
I teach the art of breathing through various techniques and for different levels. Anulom vilom, bhastrika, jay breathingand bandhas (depending on level) are all included.
-
Meditation
My meditation classes use a range of styles and techniques to help students reach ‘samadhi’. Not just mindfulness-based meditation, but also japa mala, visualisations, Taoist and pranayama-based options for all levels of practitioners.
-
Special classes
I teach Five koshas classes, a unique technique developed by Yogrishi Vishvketu, where we work on each layer of our being through the repetion of the same sequence for each layer.
I’m also trained in Hatha Raj (in the style of Yogrishi Vishvketu), a class where we couple bhramari pranayama with asanas to reach deep relaxation.
How you can practise with me
Morning yoga
(online)
Start the day with 30 min of energising yoga every morning at 8:30am (Barcelona time) online.
Yin yoga
(online)
Every New Moon and Full Moon, we gather for a yin ritual made of asanas, meditation and journaling.
Yoga on the beach
(Bogatell, Barcelona)
From April to October, we practise on the beach for 1hr in the morning to soak up all the prana of the sea.
Lunar yoga and special programmes
Unique yoga courses to go deeper, challenge you and build your own practice
Weekly classes are great, but some things require a little extra focus, a community to support you and commitment. Over the years I’ve organised and developed special programmes like Lunar yoga, 10 days of spring: Detox/Connect/Activate, Home retreat: beat the blues of confinement, Yoga Tapas - 30 days of yoga bites, and many more. Contact me to know how to access these programmes and find out when the next ones are launching.
